Project Overview
This project is a collection book that introduces Korean alcoholic beverages through editorial design and visual storytelling. The book explores the cultural background, drinking traditions, and atmosphere in Korean alcohol, presenting them in a curated, contemporary format that balances tradition and modern sensibility.

Illustration Concept
The illustrations are inspired by traditional Korean paintings and folk imagery, reinterpreted with hand-drawn lines and subtle textures. Characters, scenes, and objects are illustrated to evoke everyday moments of sharing drinks, emphasizing warmth, humor, and cultural narrative rather than realism.

Visual Collection
This visual series presents a curated selection of Korean alcoholic beverages paired with traditional food imagery and symbolic backgrounds. Each composition blends product-focused visuals with cultural motifs, using color, texture, and illustration to highlight the identity and atmosphere of each drink.

Editorial Visual Direction
Each spread introduces a different category of Korean alcohol, including soju, distilled spirits, fruit wine, and makgeolli. The layouts balance product imagery, cultural context, and typography to clearly communicate flavor, identity, and pairing ideas. Consistent editorial structure was used while allowing each category to maintain its own visual tone and atmosphere
