The Challenge
The main challenge was balancing playfulness with minimalism. The brand needed to feel warm and emotionally engaging without becoming overly busy or trend-driven. Another key challenge was building a flexible visual system that could adapt across multiple touchpoints such as cups, boxes, posters, and digital platforms while maintaining consistency and clarity.

Design Process
I began by defining the core brand personality and identifying key emotional attributes the café should convey. From there, I developed a warm, cohesive color palette and explored bold typography paired with simple, expressive character graphics. After establishing the visual direction, I expanded the system into packaging mockups and promotional materials, ensuring consistency across both digital and physical applications. Each element was refined to maintain balance, readability, and strong visual impact.
